Open all summer - from May to September, we offer a Wine Guinguette under the chestnut trees on the banks of the Dordogne.
Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Wines from the estate, tapas, cheese boards, and charcuterie. Homemade preparation!
At certain times you can discover the Mascaret.

Here are the summer treats (non-exhaustive). All dishes are prepared on site:
FIXED DISHES

- Burrata tomato, olive oil
- Plate of bellota ham (paleta)
- Asian Cucumber
Every week, we offer between 2 or 3 dishes of the week, in addition to the MENU. Here are some dishes we offered
- Pear tart, gorgonzola
- Asparagus mousse with crushed tomato
- Salmon on TRUC (country bread from the Sylvain Marie bakery)
- Homemade mushroom terrine
- Blood carpaccio

Amuse-Gueules menu, the tavern of the Vieille ChapelleWines
We offer all the wines from the Amuse-Gueules, Tradition, Réserve, Merlots de Baudet estate. As well as Bouchales-Merlots, Absolem and A&A natural wines.
We also offer wines and some beers that we do not produce for the pleasure of the taste buds. Sparkling Natural, Orange wine, Armagnac, Folle Blanche.
All wines are available by the glass or by the bottle. Some bottles are available in magnum and double-magnum
All the wines are organic or bio-dynamic
