The cellar
Built on the old cemetery of the chapel, the cellar of the Château de la Vieille Chapelle is equipped with 900 hl of vats in raw cement (allowing slow oxidation) or in stainless steel. The grape does not need anything to become wine. Our tanks, the addition of natural yeast and sulphite, an ideal temperature and the know-how are enough to produce the wines of the estate.
Wine tasting
Every day in July and August, or by appointment, discover all the secrets of the Château de la Vieille Chapelle. This approximately 45-minute visit includes a historical presentation of the Old Chapel, a visit to the cellars, an explanation of winemaking and a tasting of 3 wines. The price is € 6 per person and is deducted when purchasing a minimum of 6 bottles.
